-zest of 1/4 of an orange
-1 egg, separated
-about 10 squares of dark chocolate
-1.5 tablespoons of whipping cream
-1/2 tablespoon of butter
-3/4 tablespoon of sugar
-pinch of salt
-powder sugar for dusting
-1/4 tsp vanilla extract
-mix all ingredients apart from egg whites in saucepan and heat until chocolate melts
-add egg yolk to heated mixture
-whisk egg white with pinch of cream, and add to mixture
-grease ramekin with butter
-spoon souffle batter into ramekin
-bake on medium-high heat for around 20 minutes or until puffy outside and moist inside

inIngredients (makes 4 jumbo muffins):
-1 egg
-1/2 tsp vanilla extract
-1 1/4 banana + 1/4 for decoration
-1/4 tsp cinnamon
-60 ml milk
-pinch salt
-40g melted butter
-125 g flour (half white, half whole wheat)
-1/2 tsp baking powder
-60g brown sugar
-crushed walnuts +big pieces for topping
-condensed milk to decorate tops of muffins
Instructions:
-melt butter and set to cool
-mash bananas
-mix egg, sugar, vanilla- then add mashed banana
-in separate bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, walnut bits
-combine mixtures and blend together until batter is smooth
-scoop mixture into muffin tin
-decorate tops with condensed milk, banana slices and walnut pieces
-bake for 30 min. or until muffins start to turn golden
