Ingredients (soup): (makes 2-3 servings):
-1 chopped sweet potato
-lightly fried grated carrot and chopped celery
-peanuts, handful
-cinnamon
-cumin
-nutmeg
-sour cream, 1 tablespoon
-vegetable stock
-garlic
-Mix all ingredients (except peanuts and sour cream) in boiling vegetable stock, boil until potatoes are crumbly-soft. Add peanuts and sour cream, then blend until creamy. Serve hot with doughballs
Ingredients (dough balls):
makes 8 dough balls:
-100 g of flour- half white, half whole-wheat
-warm water
-yeast
-garlic paste and butter
-bake dough balls until lightly golden and soft
serve immediately

Ingredients:
-peeled sweet potato, 1 large
-spring onions
-crumbled goat’s cheese
-chopped figs
-balsamic vinegar
-olive oil
-salt and pepper
Instructions:
-chop sweet potato, coat in olive oil and add a dash of salt and pepper
-arrange on baking tray and bake until soft inside
-take tray out, coat potato in vinegar and add figs, goat’s cheese and spring onions
-place tray back in oven and bake for additional 5 minutes
-serve immediately

I used a touch of cayenne pepper, a pinch of salt, pinch of sugar and a tiny bit of cinnamon
